Our story
MDD Air Cargo Services was born from a simple yet bold vision: to make international trade accessible, smooth, and secure for African businesses and their partners around the world. It was in Conakry, Guinea, that Mouctar Diallo laid the first foundations of this entrepreneurial journey, drawing on expertise built over years in import-export and international logistics.
From the very beginning, the company distinguished itself through a resolutely client-focused approach: understanding the real needs of importers and exporters, simplifying complex customs procedures, and offering freight solutions tailored to each type of cargo. The rapid growth of our client base confirmed the relevance of our model.
The decision to open an office in Dubai marked a decisive turning point in MDD’s history. Positioned at the crossroads of trade routes between Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, the UAE office became a strategic hub, enabling MDD to directly manage the flow of goods between Asian production zones and fast-growing African markets.
The next step was a natural one: establishing a presence in China, the world’s primary supplier of manufactured goods. The Guangzhou office, located in the Yuexiu district, opened MDD to the entire Chinese manufacturing ecosystem — from the Guangdong region to the major industrial zones in the north. Local teams with deep cultural and commercial knowledge represent a decisive advantage for clients looking to source directly from factories.
Today, MDD Air Cargo Services serves more than five hundred active clients — SMEs, large enterprises, transit operators — in their import-export operations across three continents. Our service portfolio has expanded to include air and sea freight, ground transportation, permits and licensing, commercial and residential real estate, and travel agency services.
MDD’s growth is built on a deep conviction: trade is the engine of economic development. By facilitating exchanges between Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, we contribute — modestly but concretely — to the rise of an entire continent.

Founder's message
When I founded MDD Air Cargo Services, I had one obsession: to make life easier for African entrepreneurs who wanted to source goods from Asia or export to the world. I had personally experienced the frustration of inexplicable delays, opaque costs, and middlemen who lengthen supply chains without adding real value.
Fifteen years later, I am proud of what our team has built. Not just offices in Guinea, Dubai, and China — but a reputation for reliability that our clients remind us of every day. An entrepreneur in Conakry receiving their goods on time, without unpleasant surprises at the border: that is our daily victory.
We operate in a demanding sector where the slightest mistake can be costly.
